We welcome patients from all around the globe.

The process begins with a TeleHealth consultation with Dr Justin Roche and Kate Roche, who will already have reviewed documentation, including photos/videos, that you provide ahead of this appointment. Depending on your individual circumstances there may be preparatory work that can be initiated ahead of travel.

Treatment is then offered as an Intensive. This is a two week intensive block of treatment, combining surgery and therapies as are appropriate to your child or yourself. This ensures that by the time you return home, you are established in the recovery process with a plan to ensure a good functional outcome.
